I'm a top. I was wondering if I can get HIV from barebacking. I know it's risky for the bottom who is receiving cum, but what about the top who is giving it?

ANSWER
Yes, you can get HIV from topping without a condom. While the risk of contracting HIV from topping is about 10 times less than from being a bottom, there is still a significant risk. This risk increases if you or your partner has an STD, particularly if you have herpes or syphilis or your partner has anal STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia. The risk of topping also is likely greatly increased in uncircumcised men.

If you are topping without condoms, get tested every 3 months for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. Know your herpes status and of course get tested for HIV.
