When I rub the tip of my penis, a urine-like liquid comes out and I feel some pleasure. What is this?

What you are seeing when you rub the tip of your penis is probably pre-ejaculate fluid (pre-cum). This fluid is released during arousal and prior to orgasm. It is clear, mucous-like, and may or may not contain sperm. Rubbing the penis can cause enough stimulation for your body to produce this fluid. The amount of pre-cum produced varies greatly, from none, to a trickle, to a significant amount, all of which are normal. Pre-cum may help to neutralize acid from residual urine in the urethra and provides lubrication for expelling semen.

Semen is the fluid released during orgasm that contains the sperm. Like pre-cum, it can also vary and is dependent on diet, level of physical activity, temperature and other factors. The texture, odor, color, and taste of semen, as well as the amount released, is unique to each person.

To your health,
Dr. K
